Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. Each agreement between you and us is being registered and saved in our e-shop data base. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send You a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified You that we do not accept your order or You have cancelled your order. The ordered goods are being sent within 2-5 work days after the received payment for the selected items. When the customer pays for the order, he confirm, that he read and agree to linenbylinas.com buy terms & conditions, privacy and returns policies.

We are sending all the messages only to the address you indicated in the registration form. You are sending all messages and questions to the indicated address or e-mail in our e-shop sector „Contacts“.

We may refuse to accept an order:

a) where goods are not available;

b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;

c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;

d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

IMPORTANT:  

Please note that there is a tolerance of ± 1 percent for the fabric lengths. Fabric is measured by machine according to the coefficient which is calculated for each quality. Please always pay attention when ordering fabrics, and order some more fabric to avoid shortage. 

Color disclaimer
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

Please note that if you're purchasing the same color items at different times there may be some color differences. This happens because items may be manufactured from different dye lots and the shade may differ due to natural linen qualities.

We cannot guarantee that the ordered fabric will be in one piece, if you need the specific length of the fabric, please contact us before purchasing.

Our prices are reviewed periodically and necessary changes will be posted on our site, but finally approved after your order resulting from changes in prices will not be affected.

Deliveries to DPD  parcel lockers in Lithuania. Price 3,50 €. You have to choose the nearest courier place.
Deliveries to  VENIPAK parcel lockers in Lithuania. Price 2,10 €. You have to choose the nearest courier place.
Deliveries to  VENIPAK parcel lockers in Latvia and Estonia now only 2,10 €.

Delivery to the indicated address in Lithuania (except Kursiu Nerija) - 3,50 €. 

We will send you the tracking number to your e-mail. You will be able to trace your parcel. 

Delivery to other countries

We delivering parcels to all the countries of the world except Russia. Delivering the parcels by TNT, DPD or Lithuanian post, depending on delivery address. The price depends on the country and weight. Please, contact us, if the parcel is very big.

Cancellation and returns policy

If You wish to cancel your order:

a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;

b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.

To return goods, which are ordered from the online shop www.linenbylinas.com, for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you wish to return the goods please fill in the return form and together with the invoice send it to us with the goods you want to return. The shipping cost are payable by you.

You can return the goods to the following address:
S.Kerbedžio st. 23, Panevėžys, you can also return it by parcel machine. Post office address: Smėlynės st. 85, Panevezys.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give You a full refund of the amount paid as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause will not apply in the following circumstances:

a) if the product has been used or worn; 

b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for You.

c) if you bought the fabric or lace measured (according to retail rules).

After paying for the order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules for buying and returns policy.

1. Linen fabric is 3 times stronger and 5 times more resistance for abrasion and more shiny than cotton.

2. Linen doesn‘t make allergic reactions and is like natural antiseptic, less mud, soap and whiting residues remain in the fabric, so linen is very suitable for even small kids and people who have problems with skin.

3. After each washing the fabric becomes softer and less wrinkly.

4. Linen fabric doesn‘t turn yellowish, but becomes whiter and gentler after time.

5. Linen fabric goes damp and dry very soon, that is why the fabric warms during cold night and cools the body during hot midday.

6. Linen fabric is resistance to static electric load.

7. Linen in comparison with other fabrics makes the best microclimate for the skin, i.e. it is permeable to air, absorbs dampness and sweat (linen fabric can absorb 20 % its weight and still be dry) that is why the skin doesn‘t swelter. This is very actual to the people who‘s skin is very sensitive or has eczema.

8. Linen fabric is ecological because it is absolutely does not leave any waste doesn‘t make any harm to nature and ecology.

In order to use all the best linen characteristics, to enjoy the longevity and quality of products, it is necessary to know the main details and tricks how to take care of linen items.

Washing

Linen can be washed by hands, in the machine  (40°C-60°C) or dry cleaning could be applied. Bleaching washing agents are suitable for white linen, but colored linen should be washed with soft washing agents or soft soap. Also bleaching agent which have chlorite are not recommended because they can destroy fabric structure. If the water which is used for washing is lime-water, then we suggest to add softener, especially when washing darker items. Never wash together white and dark fabrics. If you wash products in washing machine, do not overload it and let the linen item to move easily. In other case it can become striped. Please remember, if there are other materials in the linen fabric, then you have to pay attention into the characteristics of these materials when washing the items. Both, washing by hands and in the washing machine, the products must be rinse carefully.

The advantage of dry cleaning is that you got the items carefully ironed. We recommend the dry cleaning for curtains and roman blinds in dry-cleaner’s – you will avoid the shrinkage of items.

If any kind of stain appeared on the fabric, you can eliminate it by using detergent, but first of all try it on invisible part of garment. Let the detergent soak into the fabric, keep for two-three minutes and wash. If the detergent didn’t leave any visible changes, didn’t bleach the color, then you can use it for the garment. In no case use the detergent in washing machine.

Drying

The drying could be done in the machine and in natural way. Linen will be crumpled after washing, so the washed and easily wringed out fabric should be properly hanged. As linen is drying very well, it is very important not to let it dry too much because it will be hard to iron it.

Ironing

The best way to iron linen products when they still a little bit damp: first of all it will be easier to iron and no additional dampness will be needed. It is recommended to iron the wrong side of fabric – you will protect linen from smoothness, shining and color fading. Use the hot iron (3 dots) with steam to iron the creases. Leave linen items a little bit damp after ironing and hang them in cool, dry and well ventilated room. Let the items to dry completely.
