Returns & Refunds
You can either use our online form below or download and print our return form fill your order details
If You wish to cancel your order:
a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;
b) If the goods have already been shipped, you can return them to us. To return items ordered from the online store www.linenbylinas.com for any reason, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, log in to your profile on our online store and complete the return information in the system, or fill out the return form, print it, and include it with the returned items.
If you wish to return the goods please fill in the return form and together with the invoice send it to us with the goods you want to return. The shipping cost are payable by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give You a full refund of the amount paid as required.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause will not apply in the following circumstances:
a) if the product has been used or worn;
b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for You.
c) if you bought the fabric or lace measured (according to retail rules).
d) non-returnable goods. Used products, customized items, and measured fabrics/lace, unpacked items such as bedding sets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and sheets cannot be returned.
After paying for the order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules for buying and returns policy.
