To be completely sure about choosing your size we highly recommend you to use our 'Virtual Size Guide' which supplies you with measurements of each item and also allows you to compare to a reference product either from our online shop or one that you have at home. The 'Virtual Size Guide' can be found on each product page, under the tab 'Size & Fit'. If you're unsure of how to measure your jeans, have a look here for guidance!

Will you be getting more stock?

We do our best to restock popular items however, in the case of limited editions this is not always possible. We currently don't have a 'notify me'-service available to let you know when an item is back in stock. But if you would like to ask about a product, size or color that is not shown, please contact our customer care team.

I am placing an order to a non-EU country, does the price at checkout include customs, duties and/or taxes?

Accepted Answer

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. So if you're placing an order to a country outside of the European Union you can and probably will be charged for tax, duty, import and brokerage fees when receiving the package. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
